Police Arrest adult male in Drug Search – Bedford
At 11:05 p.m., 8 April, The Halifax Regional Police and Royal Canadian Mounted Police Integrated Drug Unit executed a Controlled Drugs & Substance Act Search Warrant on Binnacle Court, Bedford.
Officers arrested a 22 year-old male without incident and discovered a loaded firearm within reach of the male. Officers seized the firearm, drug paraphilia, scales and a quantity of cash.
The 22 year-old male is facing charges of Trafficking Controlled Substances and Firearms Related charges and was released on conditions. He will appear in Halifax court on a later date.
