Update: The 50-year-old man who was reported missing from Cumberland County on March 7 has been located and is safe.

The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance and retweets on social media.

Cumberland District RCMP is asking for help from the public to locate 50- year-old Benjamin Perry.

Perry was last seen leaving a location in Upper Nappan at 3 p.m. today and has not been seen since. Police are concerned for his well being.

Perry is described as white, 5-foot-10 and 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. When last seen, he was wearing a grey sweatshirt and jeans.

When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those that know them. We ask that people spread the word through social media respectfully.
