**** Municipal Release
Road Closure – Jubilee Road
Location: Jubilee Road between Vernon and Robie streets
Date: Feb. 3 to Feb. 16
Time: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Work details: This closure is in support of tree pruning, as well as the installation of utility poles and overhead wire for new developments.
Traffic impact: Local traffic will be allowed from Vernon, Henry and Edward streets. Jubilee Road will not be accessible from Robie Street. The north sidewalk on Jubilee Road will remain open during construction. The south sidewalk on Jubilee Road will be closed.
Drivers should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

Traffic Delay – Waverley Road
Location: Waverley Road and Montebello Drive, adjacent to 2 Montebello Drive
Date: Monday, Feb. 3
Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Work details: This is to facilitate construction work.
Traffic impact: Montebello Drive, adjacent to 2 Montebello Drive, will be stop-and-go while work is underway. The traffic lights at the Waverley Road and Montebello Drive intersection will be turned off with traffic being directed by traffic control persons while work is underway. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes where possible.

Road Closure – Prince Albert Road
Location: Prince Albert Road, between Ochterloney and Pleasant streets
Date: Saturday, Feb. 8
Time: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Work details: This is required for a utility pole replacement.
Traffic impact: A signed detour will be in place for vehicles. Traffic control will be on site to help direct motorists through the work area. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

Traffic Delay – Windmill Road
Location: Windmill Road, between Springhill Road and Farrell Street
Date: Saturday, Feb. 1
Time: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Work details: This work is required to replace stormwater infrastructure.
Traffic impact: Stop-and-go traffic will be in place while work is underway. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes wherever possible.

CONTINUING WORK

ANNAPOLIS COUNTY: Trunk 1, Cornwallis Park
Trunk 1, 100 metres west of the main entrance to Cornwallis Park, is closed for replacement of a culvert until mid- to late February.
The detour is marked and follows Burns Hill Road to Waldeck Line Road, Mary Jane Riley Road, Clementsvale Road, Clementsport Road, Shaw Road, and Clementsport Road again.
Trucks weighing more than 41,500 kilograms must take Highway 101 at Exit 22 or 23 and continue along Trunk 8 or Trunk 1.
Drivers are urged to slow down and drive with caution along the detour.

COLCHESTER COUNTY: Donaldson Bridge, French River
The Donaldson Bridge on Lake Road, about three kilometres west of Tatamagouche, is closed until further notice.
The detours are Trout Brook Road and Cooper Road.

COLCHESTER COUNTY: Slade Road, Tatamagouche
Slade Road is closed between Lake Road and West Tatamagouche Road until further notice because of a bridge closure.

RICHMOND COUNTY: Port Royal Bridge, Isle Madame
The Port Royal Bridge on Port Royal Road is closed until further notice. A detour is in place on MacEachern Road.
