**IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT**
Due to extreme staffing shortages, the Metro Animal Emergency Clinic will be functioning strictly at level Priority 1 from December 23rd to January 3rd.
This means we will ONLY be seeing pets that are critical or in a life threatened state.
To help our clients assess whether or not their pet needs to be seen immediately and to enable access to a veterinarian for those who may need it, we have partnered with VetTriage, a telemedicine veterinary service that provides online assessment. The cost is $50 (USD) and they will refer your pet to us if required.

Can you still call us if you have questions or concerns about your pet? Of course! If we believe a telemedicine assessment is warranted we will direct you to do so. Can you simply access a telemedicine appointment without calling first? Yes, absolutely.
