Online posts say that a Sullivan’s Pond goose was recently hit by a car, but the iconic icon appears to be in good health although noticeably scuffed up.
Hope for Wildlife has been made aware of this situation.
Several years ago a goose was struck and killed by a vehicle near the pond.
Please remember that these geese regularly cross the street around the pond and slow down.
