Missing Person
Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing person.
James Kiely DOB: 1948-10-18 has been reported missing by his care workers at Northwood. James was last seen in the area of Gottingen St/ North St., Halifax at approximately 3:45pm on Sunday February 19th2023. James is described as Caucasian male, medium weight and medium build with short grey hair, approximately 5’8” tall, wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants, brown boots and a black winter hat with a white square logo as depicted in the attached picture.
James suffers from dementia and his care givers have concerns for James’s safety and well-being however there is no information to suggest that there is concern of any foul play. Police are concerned for James’s well-being.
