Police investigate break and enters into two Dartmouth businesses

Halifax Regional Police are investigating a break and enter into the Coast Gas station at 200 Pleasant Street, Dartmouth​ that occurred​ today at​ approximately 6:30 a.m.

Staff at the business arrived to open the store and discovered the front window had been broken and the cash register and a quantity of cash were taken.

At 10:45 a.m. Police responded to the One Stop Shop at 269 Windmill Road, Dartmouth​ and after​ staff​ discovered the window had been broken and the cash register and a quantity of money were taken.

The investigations are ongoing and are in the early stages.​ Police are attempting to determine if the incidents are related to each other and to other recent break and enters in the Municipality.
