Chebucto Road – Wastewater System Maintenance
Halifax Water crews are currently completing wastewater system maintenance on Chebucto Road between Connaught Avenue and Swaine Street. This work includes a lade reduction on Chebucto Road with an altered centerline. We anticipate that this work will be complete by 4:00 PM today.
Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
There will be no loss of water, wastewater or stormwater services.
We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure improvement work may cause.
