UPDATE: Man wanted on province-wide arrest warrant has been arrested

Tyler Charles Boland, 29, from Dartmouth, who was wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant was located and safely arrested earlier today.

The RCMP would like to thank the public for their shares on social media.

RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment continue to seek information on the whereabouts of a man wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.

Tyler Charles Boland, 29, from Dartmouth, is wanted and facing charges of Failure to Comply with a Probation Order (two counts), Failure to Comply with a Release Order and Mischief.

Boland is described as 5-foot-9, 165 lbs. He has dark brown hair and blue eyes.

At this time, investigators believe Boland may be in the Fall River or Eastern Passage area and are requesting assistance from the public.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Tyler Charles Boland is asked to refrain from approaching him and to call police at 902-490-5020.
