If you accidentally trigger crash detection on your mobile device or in your vehicle, don’t panic! Follow these steps
Respond to the alert: You will see a notification saying, “It looks like you’ve been in a crash.” If this was accidental, tap the “I’m OK” button within 10 seconds to prevent emergency services from being contacted.
Call off emergency services: If the notification has already triggered a call to emergency services and it’s false, stay on the line and explain the situation to the dispatcher
