Police Investigate Vehicle Collision
At 5:19 a.m., Halifax Regional Police received a report of a Motor Vehicle Collision where a single vehicle struck two utility poles in the 400 block of Herring Cove Road, Spryfield, knocking the power out in the area. The driver of the vehicle was not injured. The investigation is in the early stages and investigators with Patrol are conducting the investigation. At this time, it is not known if charges are pending.
Traffic Blocked: All traffic in both directions of Herring Cove Road between Dentith Road and Drysdale Road is blocked. Traffic will remain blocked for an extended period of time until the utility poles are repaired.
