We understand news of arrests in the Devon Marsman investigation have been very emotional for the community.
That said, we urge the public to use caution when speculating the name of the individual who is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Identifying a person being dealt with under the Youth Criminal Justice Act may be grounds for a charge of breaching the publication ban.
