Traffic Delay – Parade in Eastern Passage
Location: Beginning at Seaside Elementary School and ending at 1341 Main Road
Date: Saturday, August 10
Time: 10 to 11:30 a.m.
Details: This traffic delay is to facilitate the Eastern Passage, Cow Bay Summer Carnival Parade.
Traffic impact: The parade will begin at Seaside Elementary School Parking Lot, right onto Loop Road, left onto Caldwell Road, left onto Cow Bay Road, continue on Main Road to the Royal Canadian Legion (1341 Main Road).
Traffic delays are expected as the parade travels through the parade route. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

Traffic Delay – Parade in Cherry Brook
Location: Beginning and ending at the Black Cultural Centre for Nova Scotia (10 Cherry Brook Road)
Date: Saturday, August 10
Time: 10 to 11:30 a.m.
Details: This traffic delay is to facilitate the 5K Emancipation Walk/Run.
Traffic Impact: The parade will begin at the Black Cultural Centre for Nova Scotia, turn left continuing on Cherry Brook Road at the T junction to Loon Lake Road. From Look Lake Road, the route follows the same path back to the Black Cultural Centre for Nova Scotia.
Traffic delays are expected as the parade travels through the parade route. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
