Pictou District RCMP is asking for the public’s help to locate 17-year-old Isabel Ann Fulton who was last seen yesterday at approximately 11:45 a.m. in Plymouth.
Fulton is described as Caucasian, 5-foot-6 and 245 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a long yellow flowered dress, a black and red baseball hat, black sandals and was carrying a duffle bag. She may be travelling to Moncton, New Brunswick.
When someone goes missing, it has deep and far-reaching impacts for the person and those that know them. We ask that people spread the word through social media respectfully.
