“Last evening Sgt Phil Power was having a mtg at a well know Dartmouth restaurant when he was asked him to help a woman who was choking. He found her unresponsive. & blue. He applied CPR for 7 minutes & saved her life. Well done Sgt Power, Dartmouth is very proud of you.”
