Digby RCMP investigating fatal ATV crash
Digby RCMP is investigating a fatal ATV crash that occurred yesterday in Sissiboo Grand Lake.
February 25, at approximately 5:15 p.m., Digby RCMP, fire and EHS responded to a report of an ATV crash that occurred on a logging route along Fourth Lake Rd. RCMP officers learned that a 4-wheeler was travelling on the logging road when the vehicle rolled.
The lone operator of the ATV, a 19-year-old Pubnico man, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A collision reconstructionist attended the scene. The investigation remains ongoing and is being assisted by the Medical Examiner Service.
