Sad update
We have received word from Lenard, who helped organize a special truck convoy for “Lana’s ride), that Lana has passed away. The big smile brought on by a big act of kindness from strangers will never be forgotten.

“What is Lana’s Dream come true? Well, it happens today
Lana is 67 years young and during a recent touch a truck event that she desperately wanted to attend she couldn’t, she was in the hospital being diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor and given 18 months to enjoy life.
Lana had always Dreamed to drive a big rig but had realized that was no longer an option and she would settle for just getting a drive in one, which happened today thanks to Leonard Wilson and Rob Laybolt.
Putting a call out on social media for truckers to take setime to do a mini convoy, with Lana in the lead truck, the convoy of incredible kindness, including HRFE from Stn 7 and HRP escorts. Following the ride, Lana was able to cheer as the same Convoy she just rode lead in did a drive by of her home with fily on attendance.
Lana’s day was made as the kindness of strangers helped make her day.”
