NSP are warning customers about a phone scam where the caller poses as an NS Power employee demanding payment or service will be disconnected immediately.
If you are unsure about the legitimacy of a phone call, or any communications from NS Power, please contact our Customer Care Centre at 1-800-428-6230. More fraud prevention tips are available at nspower.ca/fraudprevention.
