East Hants District RCMP is asking the public’s assistance to identify a man believed to be involved in a fraud.

On July 29, the man entered a grocery store on Hwy. 214 in #Elmsdale and departed the store with approximately $2,500 worth of activated gift cards.

Information gathered by investigators indicates that the man may be travelling with a woman and driving a luxury sport utility vehicle bearing an Ontario licence plate.

At the time of the fraud the man was wearing a black ball hat, reading glasses, a white shirt, a beige jacket, beige pants, and white shoes. He was also carrying a brown plaid satchel.
