**** NS SPCA Release
Long Term Resident Alert
As much as this sweet senior lady’s foster home enjoys having her, they want to see her make her way to her furever home. Ashley has been awaiting the purrfect family since November of 2022 We know they are out there!
Please share her far and wide in hopes of uniting them ????
Ashley is a quiet cat who needs a quiet adult only home as she is not used to children and can be nervous of loud noises. She does do well interacting with other animals (cats and rabbits specifically)
She prefers to be on the ground level instead of up high on things. Likely because she does have degenerative joint disease (DJD) and possibly IVDD (Disc disease) Ashley is on a pain management medication (given orally twice daily) as it really helps her mobility!
When she first arrived at her foster home, she was shy and it took her time to become comfortable. But she has really adjusted well and they know she will thrive with her new family
If you are interested in meeting Ashley, please fill out the adoption application at the link below:
Staff from the Dartmouth SPCA will be in touch to set up a meeting at her foster home.
