Police investigate stabbing – Halifax

At approximately 4:10 a.m., police responded to a report of a stabbing in the 1200 block of Barrington Street. Officers located two male victims suffering from stab wounds.  Both males were transported to the QE2 hospital, one male has serious but not life-threatening injuries and the second male received nonlife threatening injuries.

A male suspect was arrested at the scene, and members of the Criminal Investigation Division are currently investigating this incident.  More information to follow when available.
