Congratulations, Hope!
On March 28th, 2023, Hope was appointed to the Order of Nova Scotia, the highest honour presented by the Province in recognition of people who have distinguished themselves and brought honour and prestige to themselves and to Nova Scotia.
Hope’s lasting contributions have “had a significant influence on how people think about wildlife rescue and rehabilitation” and her “wholistic approach to preserving and enhancing our natural environment shows that education through rehabilitation is key to a sustainable future”.
