Police Investigate Robbery
Police are investigating a robbery that occurred in Halifax this morning.
At approximately 7:04 a.m. police responded to a robbery at the Needs Convenience Store at 6130 Chebucto Road. A woman came into the store, demanded money and cigarettes and assaulted the employee. the employee suffered non-life-threatening injuries, the suspect fled the area on foot.
The suspect is described as a white woman in her twenties, with tattoos on both side of her neck, wearing a black toque, black hoodie, grey sweatpants and white shoes.
