New Glasgow Regional Police charge man with indecent act
New Glasgow Regional Police has charged a male from Pictou County with an indecent act following an incident in New Glasgow, N.S.
On January, 31, 2023, New Glasgow Regional Police received several reports of a male performing an indecent act in a business and posting it online.
The man was arrested without incident.
The 35-year-old man has been charged with Committing an Indecent Act under Section 173(1) of the Criminal Code and Two Counts of Breech of Probation. He was Remanded into Custody and will appear in Pictou Provincial Court on February 1, 2023 at 9:30 a.m.
The 35-year-old male was also charged with committing an indecent act and a breech of probation on January 23, 2023 at another local business.
The investigation is continuing.
