After spending a few weeks with us to ensure her recovery, Miss Daisy is ready for her debut. Daisy arrived at the Dartmouth shelter with a broken leg, but it certainly hasn’t stopped her personality from shining through! Due to her cattle dog roots, this girl is very high energy, and would benefit from a home who can give her plenty of exercise, in the form of physical activity and mental stimulation. Daisy is not a fan of other animal friends, and needs to be the only pet in the home. Due to her high drive we feel that daisy would do best in an adult only home.
Daisy is available as a foster to adopt dog while we monitor her recovery. Daisy will need to come to see the vet here at the shelter once weekly for a bandage change and may require other check ups as well. She is on limited walks and exercise until the leg is fully healed.

Daisy is available for adoption from the Dartmouth SPCA. Please contact us at 468-7877 Option 6 for more information or at http://www.novascotiaspca.ca/contact-us/

You can drop by the shelter anytime during our business hours to meet adoptable dogs. We do not accept online applications at this time.
