Police charge man for robbery
Police have charged a man in relation to a robbery that occurred in Dartmouth on the weekend.
On December 24 at approximately 8:50 p.m. police responded to a robbery at the Needs Fast Fuel at 303 Prince Albert Road. A man had entered the store, demanded money and fled on foot with an amount of cash.
A K-9 unit and East Division patrol officers located the suspect a short time later in the area and arrested him.
Jonathan Rex Jennings, 40, is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth provincial court today to face one count of robbery.
