Everybody is welcome (all ages, all swimming levels, newbies and veterans), our first group cold dip to kick off the season will be a great time to ask seasoned Cold Players questions about:

warm up advice
safety tips and more!
There will also be a quick demo of the Wim Hof Method breathing technique from a trained practitioner.
Read event details carefully to prepare yourself well. Going into the cold is not something to be taken lightly. (not recommended for those with heart conditions)
