On September 16, 2022, at approximately 2:45 p.m., an RCMP officer with RCMP Northwest Traffic Services was travelling on Hwy. 104 in Sutherlands Lake when he observed a pickup truck, that was hauling a travel trailer, travelling in the opposite direction.
