Police investigate robbery Charm Diamond 

At approximately 5:48 PM,  Halifax Regional Police received multiple 911 calls, reporting that there were two gun shots heard near Charm Diamond Center within MicMac Mall, situated at 21 MicMac Bvld, Dartmouth.

Members of Patrol Division responded and secured the scene .  It has been determined that no shots were fired; that the noise was caused by display cases being smashed, during a smash-and-grab style robbery.

Police and members of Forensic Unit remain onscene and the investigation is on-going. There is no threat to the public.
