Consumers should immediately stop using the heating function of the recalled PTACs and contact Applied Comfort to schedule a service call as soon as possible. To reduce the risk while waiting for the unit to be serviced, consumers should ensure the discharge grills and/or ducts are not blocked, in order to allow air to freely discharge from the unit.
