Police request public assistance with the Treyvhon Bradshaw homicide investigation

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in relation to the investigation of the homicide of Treyvhon Bradshaw.

At approximately​ 2:35​ a.m. on March 18, police responded to a weapons call in the 2100 block of Gottingen Street in Halifax.​ Upon arriving on scene, officers located Treyvhon Alrick Bradshaw, 25, who had been shot.​ Treyvhon was taken to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.​ The Nova Scotia Medical

Examiner Service ruled the manner of death to be a homicide. ​ ​

Police are aware that there were people in the area at the time of Treyvhon’s murder who have information on what occurred. We are asking them to do the right thing and come forward to police with what they know.

We know that there were individuals in the area taking cell phone videos immediately after the shooting. We are asking these people to share their videos and photos with police. We are also asking anyone who was at The Den nightclub, 2182 Gottingen Street, between 11:30 p.m. March 17 and 3 a.m. on March 18 and took cell phone video or photos while inside to contact police. What may seem insignificant could be a valuable piece of information for investigators.

We thank those people who have already done their part to help solve Treyvhon’s murder by sharing information with police.
