Police seeking to identify suspect who fled from police, New Glasgow, N.S.

New Glasgow Regional Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect who fled from police on East River Road.

Early Thursday morning March 17 at 2:00a.m. New Glasgow Regional Police conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle offense on East River Road, when the driver of a black Toyota Yaris Hatchback fled the scene at a high rate of speed.

Upon investigation, police have enclosed a photo of the suspect who was driving the black Toyota Yaris Hatchback at the time of the offense. The vehicle was last seen heading in the Plymouth area.

Police are asking for public assistance with this investigation. Anyone with any information on this incident is asked to contact police at 902-752-1941.
