At 4:55 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a vehicles stalled in the300 block of Pleasant Street, Dartmouth due to localized flooding. Police are on scene blocking traffic until the vehicles can be removed.
Traffic Blocked: Traffic is blocked on Pleasant Street in both directions between Mount Hope Ave and Acadia Street, Dartmouth.
