RCMP investigates fatal single vehicle crash
Colchester County District RCMP is investigating a fatal single vehicle crash that occurred this morning on Onslow Mountain Rd., Onslow.
At 7:36 a.m., the RCMP, EHS and Onslow Belmont Fire Brigade responded to a single vehicle crash near the 400 block of Onslow Mountain Rd. The driver and only occupant of the vehicle, a 20-year-old man, from Belmont, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing. An RCMP Collision Analyst is on scene and the roadway remains closed. It is expected to remain closed until this evening. Traffic is being diverted to Belmont Rd. and Vincent Dr.
