RCMP investigating suspicious incident

Colchester County District RCMP is investigating a suspicious incident where a woman chased a child after he got off a school bus in Lower Onslow.

At approximately 2:20 p.m. yesterday afternoon, police received a complaint of a boy who had been chased by a woman after he got off a school bus on Cottam Dr. in Lower Onslow. Police learned that when the boy got off the bus, a black 4-door pickup truck began following him. A woman then got out of the passenger side of the truck and chased after the boy for a short distance. The boy managed to run to his home. The woman did not say anything during the interaction.

The truck has additional identifiable features including a plow mount with no plow, a back-rack in the bed of the truck and dark tinted windows.
