Update: Pedestrian Vehicle Collision
The pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle earlier today in Dartmouth has succumbed to her injuries.
At approximately 8:15 a.m. police responded to a report of a pedestrian who had been struck by a vehicle in the 300 block of Pleasant Street. The 27-year-old woman was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver, a 41-year-old woman, was issued a summary offence ticket for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk. The investigation is ongoing.
