Cumberland County District RCMP is investigating the theft of an encased RCMP badge that belongs to a retired RCMP officer.
On October 21, police received a report of a theft from a storage locker on Tupper Blvd. in West Amherst. Included in the storage locker were a number of household items and an encased RCMP badge that belongs to a retired RCMP officer.
The badge is gold in colour and is encased in an acrylic plastic case.
