RCMP seeking public assistance to solve assault

Halifax District RCMP is asking for the public’s help to solve an assault that occurred yesterday evening in Middle Sackville.

At approximately 7 p.m. on October 28, a woman was walking on Hazel St. in Middle Sackville and was assaulted as she came around the corner of Alan St. The person spun the woman around and she was struck in the face.​ The woman fell to the ground but was able to get up and run away.​ The person did not speak or try to chase her.​ The person is described as a larger figure.
