Police Investigate Weapons Call – Halifax
At 12:50 a.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a Weapons complaint in the 2800 block of Isleville Street, Halifax.
Multiple callers reported a male pointing a pellet gun at people while walking on the street.
Patrol officers quickly secured the area and located the arrested a 45-year-old male without incident. Officers located and seized a pellet gun. No one was injured.
The 45-year-old male from Halifax has been charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and will appear in a Halifax court on a later date.
