Charging Cases sold with Audio-Technica Wireless Headphones, Model ATH-CK3TW recalled due to Fire Hazard

Common name: Charging Cases Sold with Audio-Technica Wireless Headphones, Model ATH-CK3TW

Product description: This recall involves the charging cases sold with Audio-Technica Wireless Headphones, model ATH-CK3TW. The recall applies only to the charging case and not to the headphones themselves. The headphones and charging case were sold in a white or off-white box labeled “audio-technica Wireless Headphones ATH-CK3TW” bearing a picture of the product.  The model name “ATH-CK3TW” is also shown on the rear of the charging case. The colour-matched charging cases are made of plastic and were sold in black, blue, white and red colours. All colours of the charging cases are included in the recall.

Hazard identified: The portable charging case can overheat, posing a fire hazard.

What you should do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact Audio-Technica for instructions on returning the charging case for a free replacement.
