A province-wide moment of silence will be observed at 3 p.m. on April 18 to honour and remember the 22 Nova Scotians who were killed on April 18 and 19, 2020.

A confidential, toll-free line is now open to help anyone in need of emotional support as a result of the tragedy that began in Portapique, Nova Scotia.

People can call for free, professional counselling support and/or a referral to resources in their community by dialing 1-866-885-6540. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
