Police Investigate Break & Enter with Firearm – Dartmouth
At 4:30 p.m., on the 10th of April, Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a Break & Enter in progress, in the 100 block of Princess Margaret Blvd. Dartmouth. Two masked suspects dressed in black, one armed with a firearm, forced their way into a home and took items from the occupants. The suspects fled to a white four door car that sped toward Windmill Road.
Multiple patrol officers and the Emergency Response Team responded. The Emergency Response Team cleared the residence and confirmed no one was injured. While searching for the suspects officers located a long-barreled firearm near the residence on the street. However, officers were not able to locate the suspects or vehicle. The suspects are described as:
Suspect – Male, 6’0”, heavy build. Wearing: Black jacket and pants, black ski mask.
Suspect – Male, 5’7”, thin build. Wearing: Black jacket and pants, black ski mask.
Investigators with the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are conducting the investigation which is in the early stages.
