Police Investigate Break & Enter with Firearm – Dartmouth

At 4:30 p.m., on the 10th of April, Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a Break & Enter in progress, in the 100 block of Princess Margaret Blvd. Dartmouth.​ ​ Two masked suspects dressed in black, one armed with a firearm, forced their way into a home and took items from the occupants.​ The suspects fled to a white four door car that sped toward Windmill Road.​ ​ ​

Multiple patrol officers and the Emergency Response Team responded.​ The Emergency Response Team cleared the residence and confirmed no one was injured.​ While searching for the suspects officers located a long-barreled firearm near the residence on the street.​ However,​ officers were not able to locate the suspects or vehicle.​ The suspects are described as:

Suspect – Male, 6’0”, heavy build.​ Wearing: Black jacket and pants, black ski mask.​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​

Suspect – Male, 5’7”, thin build.​ Wearing: Black jacket and pants, black ski mask.​

Investigators with the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are conducting the investigation which is in the early stages.​ ​
