Halifax Regional Police has charged a man for a break and enter that occurred last night in Dartmouth.

At approximately 10:20 p.m. police received a report of a break and enter in-progress at a residence under construction in the 200 block of Nadia Drive in Dartmouth. A man had forced open a window and was still inside the residence when Patrol members and a K9 unit arrived on scene.
