RCMP investigates fatal single vehicle collision
Yesterday at 2:47 p.m., Indian Brook RCMP were called to a single-vehicle crash on Hollywood Dr. in Indian Brook.
The RCMP, attended the collision scene along with Fire and EHS, and found a car had crashed into a utility pole. The driver, a 23-year-old man from Sipekne’katik had been ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A collision reconstructionist attended the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
The road was closed for several hours and has since reopened.
