RCMP ask for help to identify persons of interest in relation to the Colton Cook murder

The RCMP’s South West Nova Major Crime Unit is asking for public help to identify two vehicles in relation to the murder of Colton Cook.

On September 29, 2020, Colton Cook’s identifiable remains were located near the intersection of Saunders Rd. and Raynardton Rd. in South Ohio, after partial remains were found on September 27 near a burned vehicle.

On September​ 26, two vehicles were seen in the South Ohio area and investigators believe that the drivers of either vehicle may be able to assist in the homicide investigation.

The first vehicle is a dark grey single cab Ford Ranger. The second vehicle is an older model small silver sedan with a black rear bumper.

The RCMP’s Southwest Nova Major Crimes Unit is continuing with the investigation with the assistance of Yarmouth Town and Rural Detachments.
