HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Dillmans Bridge, Meaghers Grant
Dillmans Bridge, on Wyse Road in Meaghers Grant, will be closed until further notice. A detour is available via Old Guysborough Road. Signs are in place.

HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Peggys Point Road, Peggy’s Cove
Peggys Point Road, Peggy’s Cove, from the Visitor Information Centre west for about one kilometre, will be reduced to one lane until March 2021.
Work to take place from sunrise to sunset.

HANTS COUNTY: Highway 102, Lantz
A temporary detour is in place on Highway 102 north of Exit 8, Elmsdale, for the replacement of the Nine Mile River bridges, northbound and southbound. This work is part of ongoing construction for the new Lantz Interchange and Connector Road.
The detour has a reduced speed limit of 80 kilometres an hour and is expected to be in place until mid-summer 2021.
The Lantz Interchange and Connector Road is expected to be complete and open to traffic by fall 2021.

George Street – Road Construction
Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020 (Halifax, NS)
The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that road construction will take place on George Street, between Granville and Hollis streets, on Thursday, Dec. 3 and Friday, Dec. 4.
Crews will be on site from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. One lane of traffic to be maintained while work is underway.

Sackville Drive – Traffic Delay
Friday, Nov. 27, 2020 (Halifax, NS)
The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents to expect delays near civic address 1890 Sackville Drive on Monday, Nov. 30 to accommodate road work in the area.
Crews will be on site from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Stop-and-go traffic will be in place while work is underway.

Portland Hills Drive – Road Construction
Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020 (Halifax, NS)
The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that road construction will take place on Portland Hills Drive, between Portland Estates Boulevard and Waterside Terrace, on Thursday, Dec. 3.
Crews will be on site from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Stop-and-go traffic will be in place while work is underway.

Old Sackville Road & Downsview Drive – Road Construction
Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020 (Halifax, NS)
The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that road construction will take place on Old Sackville Road at Downsview Drive and on Downsview Drive, between Old Sackville Road and Canadian Tire on Thursday, December 3.
Crews will be on site from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Stop-and-go traffic will be in place on both roads while work is underway.

Crews will be on site from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Stop-and-go traffic will be in place while work is underway. Pedestrian traffic will be directed around the work site as necessary.

Blue Mountain Drive – Road Construction
Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020 (Halifax, NS)
The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that road construction will take place on Blue Mountain Drive, between Larry Uteck Boulevard and Terradore Lane, on Thursday, Dec. 3 and Friday, Dec. 4.
Crews will be on site from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, and from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday. Stop-and-go traffic will be in place while work is underway.
This work is a continuation of the road work previously announced on Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2020.

The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that road construction will take place on White Hills Run, between Pockwock Road and Sandy Run, on Thursday, Dec. 3.
Crews will be on site from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Stop-and-go traffic will be in place while work is underway. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.

Bayers Road at Romans Avenue – Traffic Signal Installation
Friday, Nov. 27, 2020 (Halifax, NS)
The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that the installation of new traffic signals will take place at the intersection of Bayers Road and Romans Avenue on Sunday, Nov. 29.
Crews will be on site from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Stop-and-go traffic will be in place while work is underway. Traffic control personnel will be in place to direct motorists, cyclists and pedestrians around the work site while the signals are shut down.

Sackville Street – Road Closure
Friday, Nov. 27, 2020 (Halifax, NS)
The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that Sackville Street, between Barrington and Granville streets, will be closed from Monday, Nov. 30 to Thursday, Dec. 3.
Crews will be on site from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day. A marked detour will be in place while work is underway. Pedestrian traffic will be directed around the work site as necessary.

North Street – Traffic Delays and Sidewalk Closures
Friday, Nov. 27, 2020 (Halifax, NS)
The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents to expect delays near the intersection of North and Agricola streets, on Saturday, Nov. 28 and Saturday, Dec. 5. The sidewalk on the north side of North Street, between Agricola and Robie streets, will be closed while this work is underway.
Crews will be on site from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Nov. 28, and from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 5. Stop-and-go traffic will be in place while work is underway. Pedestrian traffic will be directed around the work site as necessary.
