Tomorrow is the big day! Saturday from 12PM to 4PM! Admission is free!

Our annual open house is here once again. Its is our biggest event of the year, attracting thousands of visitors from all over Canada. Get a once-a-year “behind-the-scenes” look at our wildlife rescue and rehabilitation facility with tours of our medical facilities, access to our bird and mammal nurseries, our recovery units, the marine unit, and our giant flight cages! We can’t even list it all.

We also have resident education animals, like Buddy the Eagle, foxes Frankie and Ben, owls, hawks, Clover the tortoise – and many more! Don’t forget our playful ferrets Bonnie and Clyde.

There will also be wildlife displays and demonstrations, activities for the kids, live music, barbeque, a silent auction, as well as local exhibitors, crafts, and food! It is a fun-filled day for the whole family.

All funds raised go to support Hope for Wildlife’s efforts to help injured and orphaned wildlife in Nova Scotia.

See you there!
