Please be advised that Environment Canada has issued a Special Weather Statement for heavy rainfall and thunderstorms this evening
Rainfall amounts are expected to be 20mm – 40mm. Residents are advised that this could lead to additional localized flooding and infrastructure damage due to higher than normal water levels from the previous weather event. HRM is recommending that residents should take steps towards their household and personal preparedness.
