On May 26, 2020 at 4:40 pm a Halifax Regional Police member was stopped at a red light on Chain Lake Dr at Washmill Lake Dr in Halifax. The member observed a vehicle thatwas two vehicles in front of him accelerate quickly from the light and followed the vehicle for a short distance.
The vehicle was observed driving 120 Km/h in a 50 Km/h zone on Chain Lake Dr.
A 20 year old male was charge with stunting under section 163(1) of Motor Vehicle Act and his vehicle was seized.
