An old building has been demolished on Maitland St in Dartmouth earlier, with two nearby older buildings fenced off and empty.
The strip of Portland St, as well as the surrounding areas, have seen modern construction over the years, saying goodbye to the original iconic Moffatts building and vacuum shop to name a few.
